Originally founded in 2002 as a web hosting and development company that served local clients, in 2006 we saw an opportunity in the emerging market of providing email and calendar hosting to small and mid-sized businesses. While we still provide web hosting services to many local clients, our focus is now on providing integrated email and calendar hosting services in addition to specialized information technology consulting for financial institutions, law firms and the education sector.
Our primary focus is on serving the information technology needs of businesses, charter schools and non-profit corporations across the Country.
Today we have a diverse client base. We provide email & calendar hosting for businesses ranging from the largest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Iraq to a environmental non-profit in Milwaukee with two staff members.

Systems Administrator: A full-time position responsible for supporting our internal systems, and clients of our Zimbra solutions. This is a great job for someone who wants a rewarding opportunity outside the corporate norm. You would have the opportunity to work from home.
Expertise with Linux (RHEL), mail systems, hosting/SaaS industry, and Zimbra required, customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, comfort managing simultaneous requests, familiarity with ticketing systems, teamwork, expertise in how to configure mail clients on both Mac and Windows are all considered essential. VMware certification and RHCE a plus. Salary: Dependent on experience.
Sales rep: You will be responsible for responding to potential customers seeking new or additional hosting services. You will be managing inquiries come in through phone calls, online chat or email. This is NOT a cold call environment. Your role is to align customers with services that meet their individual needs. Successful team members will be expected to convert leads to sales in a timely and efficient manner. In this commission position, with first year annual average salaries, in the low to mid 40′s, you will have clear goals and independence to manage and direct your individual compensation level. This is a flexible position allowing you to work from home. Salary: Dependent on experience.
